We found ourselves needed to almost start over with furniture, lamps, art, outdoor furnishings etc. for our new home. Lisa was an amazing help with this large project. She listened carefully regarding our tastes and preferences and gently educated me about some assumptions I was making. When there were vendor issues Lisa communicated promptly and offered options for our consideration. We are thrilled with our home and would highly recommend Lisa!

I am thankful I found Lisa Rice! I have had a wonderful experience with her. We wanted to redecorate our living area to complement a rug we bought in Morocco. We were so frustrated in our attempt to do so that we considered selling the rug. Not only that but the chairs and couches are the most comfortable we have ever had. She also found beautiful lighting fixtures to replace most of our old ones. Lisa is absolutely amazing to work with!! At the beginning of the project she listened to my needs, and helped me find the right balance of what I could manage on my own and what she could help with based on my budget. She has picked out AMAZING furniture, and made the entire process so easy. She has a great eye and made an overwhelming project feel simple. While all furniture is taking a while for delivery (due to COVID) she has kept me up-to-date and has managed deliveries. She has inspected everything before it arrives and made sure everything is installed perfectly. I highly recommend working with her!

I’ve worked with Lisa over a period of several years and been very happy with window treatments, updated lighting, rugs, and some new pieces of furniture. She worked with our taste, but also suggested ideas I wouldn’t have thought of. She stands by the quality of her products: when one item didn’t work out, she made it right. We called Lisa when we were ready to paint our living room. She helped us pick a color scheme that flowed into our adjacent rooms. Lisa then found a beautiful rug that had those colors plus tied nicely to our existing sofa and loveseat which we wanted to keep. She was very helpful at looking at different options for arranging our living room to be the most accommodating — beautiful yet livable and cozy. Our new living area feels warm and welcoming yet light, airy, cheery and bright. She found lamps to accent our end tables. Lisa does an excellent job of tying everything together. Lisa made the process fun and stress free, since she handled everything. We could not be any happier with our new living room. We absolutely love it! We highly recommend Lisa and look forward to working with her on our next project.

Lisa is very knowledgeable and excellent to work with.

When we began working with Lisa on our dining room, our goal was wanting to be able to entertain as many as 20 guests comfortably at a time. Lisa worked diligently to find the right dining room table that would allow enough space to comfortably walk around it, and also be large enough to hold our extended family. The custom-made table with the beautiful high back chairs and upholstered seats fit in our dining room perfectly. The beautiful accent rug under the table compliments both the furniture and walls and adds just the right amount of color to the room. The staggered pendant lighting Lisa found has provided the perfect amount of lighting over the table when playing games.

The lack of lighting in our dining room was an issue before. Lisa did an awesome job finding the right lighting for the space. Lisa found two beautiful accent chairs, table and a lamp to make a cozy little sitting area at our big window in the dining room. What I really love about the new look in our dining room is the upholstered cornice boards on our bay windows.  The embroidered beige fabric she selected is casual yet elegant which was the look we wanted. Lisa was easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and committed to fulfilling the proper needs using the space we had. She spends a lot of time looking for furniture and furnishings to make the client very happy with the finished remodel. Lisa wants to be sure you will enjoy the remodel for many years!

Working with Lisa over the past two years on my home project has truly been a pleasure. She has been flexible to work at a pace that I am comfortable with by by prioritizing and making changes in phases. She has great ideas and is very skilled at selecting fabrics and items that coordinate well together blending my old furnishings with new and updated items to maintain the traditional style but add a contemporary flair. I highly recommend Lisa for any home interior project.

When we called Lisa about our kitchen remodel we had no idea where to begin. The only thing we knew was we wanted charcoal kitchen cabinets. Well, Lisa did a fabulous job working with us from that point! She asked us a lot of questions about our daily routine, the entertaining we do, and our current challenges.

Our kitchen was very challenging to work with because it’s narrow and long. Lisa suggested a new and very open floor plan that makes it easier to entertain and allows for more storage space. Lisa worked with the contractor,painter and electrician handling the details which made it hassle free for us. The island with butcher block top makes a great space for a buffet when we entertain. The built in upholstered bench is something we never would have thought of. We love both the look of it with the beautiful fabric piece for the back and it’s functionality. It also helped open up our kitchen space. The horizontal sheer shades with the beautiful cornice boards accent our two large windows beautifully and provide privacy when needed.

Lisa did an awesome job tying all the colors together from the backsplash, to the walls, beautiful countertops and tiled floor! We couldn’t be happier! The charcoal kitchen cabinets, island with butcher block top, coffee bar, staggered pendant lights, sheer horizontal shades, large artwork…. it’s like something from a magazine. Lisa did an absolutely amazing job! We love our new kitchen!

We had a wonderful experience with Lisa Rice of Decorating Den Interiors and highly recommend her services. We contacted Lisa for an initial consultation to discuss ideas for updating the decor of our 7 year old home in Brier Creek. That meeting alone convinced us that Lisa was the person whom we could entrust with the project. She listened to us carefully and occasionally asked relevant questions to clarify our preferences, desires and budget.

Then we walked her around our home, showing her what and where we wanted to make changes. We were very impressed that she offered us suggestions about how we could rearrange and use various items in our house without making any other changes and gave us some preliminary ideas about what she could provide to enhance our decor based on what we had discussed with her already. Through a series of collaborative follow-up meetings we decided on the precise items, color schemes and placement of items that Lisa would provide, and the total cost.

Everything proceeded smoothly and within a few short weeks the project was complete, and we were completely pleased and satisfied with all of the changes that were made. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend Lisa Rice.
